1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Note: Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Once approved, ship the product back to the return address provided.
3. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to reasons like order cancellation or change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

In case of a rejected return (due to ineligibility or damage not caused by us), the item will be returned to you at your cost.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — you must follow the return process.
